I handmade these micro mosaic glass mosaic earrings using hand cut micro mosaic glass and my own design. I also added beadwork using gold seed beads around the top element. Finally, the top round element and angled elements in the middle I made with denim jeans that I inlaid into metal. I love the contrast between denim and glass.
I was inspired by the beauty of Italian mosaics as well as my passion for folk art.
Sterling silver ear studs.
They measure approx. 2 and 1/4" from top to bottom.
