Chandelier dangle earrings - upcycled vintage base with Czech fire polished cranberry glass crystals & Swarovski crystals

I love combining various elements - old and new, metal and glass, cool and warm colors, etc.
For these earrings, I up cycled part of a vintage necklace as the base. It is the metal part which has beautiful cranberry colored rhinestones. I added a trim of Czech fire polished glass crystals & combined it with tiny black Swarovski glass crystals.
The finished earrings measure approx. 2 and one-quarter inches long.
I feel a collaborative energy with the creator of the vintage elements that I use - that artist's design/vision became my base and then I finished it off in a new, updated way.
