It's a very unique piece and it's not signed so I'm unsure of the maker, exact age or even materials.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe dish itself is silvertone and it needs to be polished.  It is not marked or signed so I'm not sure the type of metal.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe lid is beautiful.
